After my previous car suffered an engine failure, I was looking for a reliable replacement and found a 2013 Hyundai Azera with very low mileage. My wife's car had the fuel gasket recall performed to prevent fuel from escaping. Well, she filled the tank after the repair and fuel was leaking afterward so Much so we could smell it when we out the front door. I am hopeful since I also had my car recall addressed and no problem yet. Never had fuel leak prior to repair ever
This review is for Darren in the parts department, had an issue with the middle row captains chair in my Suburu Ascent, I live in Lake havasu and have an office in Las vegas, stopped at the dealer there and the quote for the seatbelt, (that my 9 year old grandson thought it would be cool to cut with his new scissors) was extremely high for the parts and labor, service writer in Las Vegas was rude enough that I will never go back. they are the closest dealer to Havasu but after ordering the part from another dealer in North ... I appreciated the no pressure sales. It’s a big decision and it takes time.
Everything went smoothly. No issues.
Good experience overall just frustrated that my appointment time was 9 am and the work wasn't started until 11 am. Fortunately I was offered a loaner for the day and that was very much appreciated.
Mark was great. No pressure and did exactly what I had requested. He also washed my vehicle saving me time and energy. Dale in parts is great as well. He answered my questions and provided needed information to make my decision to have service handle the work.
The purchase process was very easy. I was treated fairly and with respect. I strongly recommend this dealership for vehicle purchases and service.

This dealership is where I originally purchased my 2021 Ascent Limited new and because of their outstanding customer service is the reason I purchased another Subaru, I purchased a 2025 Outback Limited in Arkansas which also had an outstanding service relationship with their customers.

Used car inspection was very detailed and the work was completed in a timely manner. Dominique provided excellent customer service with thorough explanations, recommendations, straight forward quotes and planning tools for future maintenance requirements.
Great service... Jordan set me up with 16,000 mi service without an appointment... usual synthetic oil, oil filter change, air filter change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection with break pad measurements and more. Done in an hour and a half. He did recommend an appointment next time.

I dropped off my car, was quickly checked in, and quickly checked out when I came to pick it up. I did have to call to check on it though as I was not told it was finished.
Service quality seems good and reliable but my car came back this time with a dirty driver seat--guess they don't use the plastic seat covers any longer?
Came directly from very poor 2 hour experience across the street (Hundai). Subaru of Surprise was easy to deal with, straightforward and honest.
Scheduled maintenance visit. I was kept well informed during the entire visit. Good customer service.

My experience with Glenn was not positive, he was rude and demeaning. This was my first time at the subaru dealer and Joey had to step in since he escalated the situation.

The entire team and management was able to get me what I was looking for in and out in one day. Able to pivot on a moments notice with the upgrades and sourcing from the other sister location. As a third Subaru owner, if a need for a fourth Subaru in my lifetime comes about, if the same staff is there, I would come back to shop with them. It’s about the staff as much as it id about Subaru.
George and Jeff were phenomenal. They were patient, worked with our indecisiveness, and ultimately helped us get the best deal. Jeff also went out of his way to make my 2 year old feel more comfortable with having to wait so long and gave her hot wheels to play with. Had the car in 3 times and they had a difficult time determining what was wrong. Did a valve body change, didn't fix it, charge $3000. Next had to call Subaru warranty to see if they would discount new $9000 transmission as we were just out of warranty, No. Then found ignition coil was miss firing, fixed for $600. Car is now running ok. But, could have had to buy a new transmission if the new tech hadn't figured it out. Still unhappy about having to spend the $3000.

Glenn, was great, took the time to see if my car needed a computer update when I came in for an oil change. My car needed an update, and he got the update done. Only thing I notice was that it appeared like Glenn was the only one working the service desks. Glenn desk was compeltely cover with work orders while the other service reps had clean desks.
I arrived at the service department early for my appointment. They were able to accommodate my early arrival and take care of my issues professionally and quickly.

The process was great with one exception. The closing was too time consuming. We made the decision to purchase the vehicle within 45 minutes. It took another 2 hours before we could be on our way.
After returning from a vacation, I discovered my car would not start. I called Subaru Roadside Assistance and they came out to jumpstart it. They advised me to take my car to the nearest Subaru dealership to have the battery check. I had not dealt with the Surprise dealership. I recently purchased the Subaru Uncharted from the Subaru Superstore of Suprise. Ronnie was awesome - he knew the car inside and out, even though it is a new release and had only been on the lot for 3 days.
